Solo exhibition promoted by EuroNews

My solo exhibition ‘’The Alchemical City’’ ( Lascar Vorel Art Gallery , Piatra Neamt , Romania , 13/01-30 01 2009) is now promoted by the TV channel EuroNews. The same show will run in April 2009 in Oslo, Norway, at Dalype Art Gallery.



Frédéric Ponsard, the coordinator of the magazine Rendez-vous, dedicated to the major European art events, announced me the decision of his team of art journalists/experts to include it on this prestigious programme and promote it over the world.

EuroNews is the representative channel of the European Union and its programmes are in the air in over 120 states. In Europe the audience ot the cannel is 2-3 times bigger than that of the main competitors, BBC World and CNN.



This is my third solo exhibition promoted by EuroNews, after the solo exhibitions from Suceava , Romania and Stuttgart , Germany , in 2004. In my opinion the key of such a success is the fact that I’m the theorist and promoter of a new concept in contemporary art, the archetypal expressionism. It’s a great honor for me and for the Romanian art that my solo exhibition was included on Rendez-vous programme this period together with the solo exhibitions of such major artists like Francis Bacon, Mark Rothko, Peter Doig, Gerhard Richter, Rene Magritte, Sandra Ackerman, Hans Hartung, Sean Scully, Dora Maurer, etc.
